The Lee County Veterans Council is is hosting a flag retirement ceremony on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 9:00 am at the VFW Post 5631 located on Veterans Way in Sanford, NC. If you have a flag that is frayed or tattered you may bring it to the VFW to be properly disposed.
